Instructions for Ude Kime Nage - Aikido Technique Ude Kime Nage is an Aikido exercise that uses an elbow lock to throw an opponent. Ude Kime Nage is also known as an Aikido arm extension throw. In this Aikido technique, a student will pull their training partner (uke) off-balance, push up under the uke's elbow and then use their forward motion to throw the uke.
