ITF Taekwondo Pattern Saju Tulgi This page provides details for ITF Taekwondo Pattern Saju Tulgi. This is also known as the "four direction thrust" exercise. It is a preparatory exercise taught to beginning students before they learn the traditional ITF patterns such as Chon Ji.
