  • Turn left 90 degrees, left front stance, left low block
  • Step forward, right front stance, right high punch
  • Turn right 180 degrees, right front stance, right low block
  • Step forward, left front stance, left high punch
  • Turn left 90 degrees, left front stance, left low block
  • Step forward, right front stance, right high block
  • Step forward, left front stance, left high block
  • Step forward, right front stance, right high block, yell (kihap)
  • Turn left 270 degrees, left front stance, left low block
  • Step forward, right front stance, right high punch
