Instructions for Nidanbu - KishimotoDi Kata Nidanbu is the second kata in the KishimotoDi curriculum, and is considered to be "the help kata" of the system. It was created by Kishimoto Soko, whom the style is named after, as a way to highlight alternative applications for the movements of the other three kata, and as a way to tie them together. For instructions regarding other KishimotoDi kata, please visit the main KishimotoDi kata section. If you are looking for the katas of other Karate styles (i.e. Shotokan or Wado-Ryu), please visit the main Katas & Forms section.
