This plyometrics exercise will improve your martial arts arm & chest strength and thus will help you to generate stronger punches and grappling techniques. In this plyometrics exercise, you will "pass" a medicine ball from chest level to a partner. In the video below, you will also see how to make this exercise more advanced by moving when passing the medicine ball.
