This plyometrics exercise will improve your arm & chest strength and thus will help you to generate stronger punches and grappling techniques. In this plyometrics exercise, you will lie on your back and throw the medicine ball into the air (by pushing it upwards with two hands) and catch as it comes back to the ground.
