Reflex Bag - Martial Arts Training Equipment

A reflex bag is a martial arts training tool used to practice punches and strikes. It is also used to practice body movement and dodging strikes (as you shift your body to avoid the "bounce back" of the reflex bag). This piece of martial arts equipment is often used by boxers to improve their hand-eye coordination and reaction speed.

A reflex bag consists of a punching bag, a pole mounted on a flexible spring and a heavy base. This is a free standing piece of equipment that can be used in a home or gym.

For information on other training equipment (i.e. wooden striking dummy), please visit the main Martial Arts Training Equipment section.
