Things are going a little slower than expected but we hope to be fully converted by the end of August. Reverse Curls For Better Martial Arts Strength This page will teach you how to do Reverse Curls. Unlike Bicep Curls where your palms face upward, you hold a dumbbell or barbell in a Reverse Curl with your palms facing down. This exercise will increase the strength of your forearms and biceps. Therefore, you will improve your overall martial arts punching and grappling strength. Nevertheless, it works on different areas of the arm (esp. forearm) than traditional bicep curls.
