Instructions for a Scissor Kick - Martial Arts Kicking Technique The Scissor Kick (or Scissors Kick) is a dramatic martial arts kick used to hit two opponents at the same time. However, this kick it is not overly practical in a self-defense situation. The scissor kick is mainly used for demonstration kicks, breaking techniques and in martial arts movies for taking down two bad guys.
