Taekwondo Kibon 1 (Kibon Hana) - Videos & Instructions This page provides details for Taekwondo Kibon 1 (Kibon Hana). This is an introductory form taught to non-belt or white belt students before they move to the traditional WTF color belt forms (i.e. Il Jang). Since Kibon forms are taught to new Taekwondo students, they consist of only very basic stances and techniques. Taekwondo Kibon 1 focuses on low blocks, middle punches and front stances. Please see the videos below for instructions and a demonstration of Kibon 1. However, please be aware Kibon forms are only taught at some Taekwondo schools. In addition, the steps and techniques contained in entry-level Kibon forms can also vary from school to school. For other Taekwondo forms (i.e. Taegeuk Ee Jang), please visit the main WTF Taekwondo Forms section.
