Tennis Ball Double End Bags - Boxing & Martial Arts Training Equipment

Tennis ball double end bags are used by martial artists in order to improve hand-eye coordination, punching speed, accuracy, etc. This martial arts training tool is usually hand-made and consists of a tennis ball attached between an two elastic bands. The tennis ball double end bag is similar to the traditional double end bags used in boxing but it has a smaller target. Another variation of this type of equipment is the tennis ball punching bag.
