Wrist Stretches for Martial Arts Students Here are a variety of wrist stretches used by martial arts students. These stretches are especially useful for martial arts that use grappling (i.e. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and/or wrist and arm locks (i.e. Aikido). It is also easy to hurt a wrist with a misaligned punch. All stretches should be supervised by a trained martial arts instructor in order to ensure the proper technique is utilized. For additional martial arts stretches targeting other areas of the body, please visit the main Martial Arts Stretches page. Martial Arts Books - Stretching & Flexibility List of Wrist Stretches
